When I looked at the clubs, with the head resting at my feet, the 3-wood came up to around my belly button, and the driver to my xiphoid process (the bone at the bottom of the sternum). How long should a club be in comparison to your body? I realize that the driver is longer than the other clubs. Thanks for the help everyone, I'm just trying to make some sense of all of this. If you guys really feel that a driver this large will be a problem long term, can someone recommend a comparable driver that I can find for around $70-80? I don't mind buying used as long as its in really good condition. You have to realize, at this point in my life I don't have the time or the money to get really hardcore about golf. As far as using a smaller clubhead, can someone explain the reasoning behind this for me? If it is just simply so that it abides by some regulation set by an organization that I've never heard of, I can't really justify returning it solely for that when I was able to get such a good deal on the pair.
